# Review your brand voice

See the tone, audience, and preferred vocabulary Moosen has learned.

Moosen learns a voice profile from your website and the feedback you give on posts. The profile helps explain the writing choices in future drafts.

## Read the voice profile

1. Select your brand.
2. Open **Brand → Brand voice**.
3. Review the voice adjectives, audience, and vocabulary.
4. Compare them with how you talk to your customers.

## Correct the direction

Use **Brand → Writing style & rules** for explicit instructions you want to control. In Studio, use **Improve future posts** to explain what should change across future drafts.

Approvals, skips, edits, and written feedback all help Moosen learn. Be specific when you can. "We sell to home brewers, not cafés" is more useful than "wrong audience."

## Check the next drafts

Read new drafts after changing guidance. If a single post needs an immediate correction, [refine that post](/posts/refine). If the factual source is wrong, update the [website or products](/brand/website) too.

Each brand has its own voice. Always check the brand name before making a change.
